Choose Wellness (Amended) -- December/09
December 11, 2009
Greetings, best wishes

...and welcome everyone to the December 2009 Choose Wellness newsletter.

( My sincere apologies - I discovered that a couple of the links in this Newsletter didn't work so am sending out this Amended copy.

- It's the time of the year when we feel goodwill towards all ... and we sit back and wonder where the year has gone!

Some sad news to start the week with the news of the passing of Jim Rohn. Known as America's Foremost Business Philosopher, Jim Rohn has been an inspiration to everyone who has ever been involved with network marketing and to lots who haven't.

He had a great way with words, a sneaky sense of humour and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. He certainly touched the lives of many thousands of people.

Just click to read a Tribute to this great man.

This month I am thrilled to be able to pass on to you, a gift I received from my nephew Steve - "Expect More from 2010", a selection of 43 Strategies for Success from Leading Experts in Personal and Professional Development.

I have not had time yet to read it fully, but a quick perusal shows it's full of some great hints and ideas to help you make 2010 the best year yet... just one page from each contributor so it's easy reading!

Download your free copy here.

.... and while I'm talking about good ideas for 2010, my good friend Martin Avis has just released 'One Tip...' a major collaborative work that includes articles from 25 professional Internet marketers, written to guide you on what is really important to succeed.

Some people have written about mindset, some about attitude and some have given what they think is the #1 priority skill that you need to master. All have written from the heart in the fervent hope that they will be a part of your success in 2010.

If you want to succeed in Internet marketing, this would be the one book you need to buy.... it cuts right through the endless nonsense and BS, that we so often see in Internet marketing products, to the hub of what really matters. It is 72 pages of solid, down-to-earth advice from top people who's only motivation is to help you succeed.

What makes 'One Tip...' even more special is that Martin has set it up so that 100% of the proceeds (that's ALL the sales price after PayPal's fees) go straight to charity.

You can find out more about 'One Tip..' buy the book (it's only $17) and you'll be supporting the Rotary Club of Sidcup Christmas Charity Appeal.

How are you going with your Christmas shopping? Last month I sent some FREE DubLi Shopping credits for you. Because I'd really like you to experience the fun of Reverse Auction shopping, I have extended the time for you to use them.

If you do any shopping online, remember that DubLi GUARANTEE their prices will be the CHEAPEST you'll find anywhere - ON or OFF line.

Use some of your credits to reveal the latest price on any item that interests you and you'll see the price go DOWN, DOWN, DOWN.

By the way, the luxury Sports Car that was up for grabs at the Unique Bid Auction sold for just $1106.75. That's a $57,000 car for $1,106.75!!

Pay a visit to my Store now to check out the incredible bargains, and use your credits to reveal the current price or put in a bid at the Unique Bid Auction.

If you've lost your unique voucher number, just contact me and I will resend it to you.

Just click here to learn more about DubLi and why I got excited about once again having my own 'shop'.

It is so much easier, and far more rewarding, to have a shop 'online'...

.. no more huge rents to pay, no stock to unpack, no shelves to dust, no stocktaking, no staff or physical presence needed. I still have plenty of time to explore my many other interests.

... and it's so easy for my customers to shop online from the comfort of their own home, no shopping crowds, no traffic worries, no parking problems, goods delivered to their door, huge variety of brand name products (and growing all the time) all available at guaranteed lowest prices.

This health tip could help if you are starting to feel a little overwhelmed and stressed at all the extras that you have to fit in at this time of the year:

Deep breathing has many health benefits. However, it is something that many people are not in the habit of doing. A simple deep breathing technique is to inhale deeply drawing air into your abdomen, then slowly exhale. Do this for a few minutes a day to reduce stress and increase the oxygenation of your cells.

And.... after you've eaten too much of the good food over the holiday break, it might be the time to consider a little 'fasting'.

You can read the full story about "How Fasting Changed My Life" and buy the book here. "How Fasting Changed My Life" is very well priced and included are some great bonus gifts.

Do you have a favourite charity you like to support, or do you belong to a Sporting or Social Club that is always struggling to raise enough funds? The DubLi Partner Program could be the means for long-term support.

Consuming seafood high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids at least once a week, may reduce your risk of a heart attack by 40%.  It may also lower the risk of several cancers and reduce symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
There has been a lot of publicity lately about the value of adding omega-3 fatty acids to your diet as a sure-fire way to improve your overall health, especially your heart and brain health. About 75% of Australians and 80% of New Zealanders consume fish less than once a week so it is really important to add a high quality fish oil supplement to your diet.

Mannatech have just released 'Essential Source Omega-3 Dietary Supplement'.

Their proprietary, two-step molecular distillation process means that contaminants are eliminated to achieve a pharmaceutical-grade standard of purity with no fishy aftertaste and a pleasing orange flavour ... this means no unpleasant "fishy reflux" or "fish burps" so commmon with many fish oil supplements.

This is a great addition to the high quality range of nutritional supplements manufactured and distributed by Mannatech. Read more here.

I'll sign off from this Wellness News with these words from Jim Rohn.

"I wish for you a life of wealth, health and happiness; a life in which you give to yourself the gift of patience, the virtue of reason, the value of knowledge, and the influence of faith in your own ability to dream about and achieve worthy rewards."

May you all have a very enjoyable Christmas season and be sure to make 2010 the best year yet.
