If you've ever wondered if it would be possible to have a successful business that you could work from home - in your own time - then here is "WHAM-IT", The Masters Course". This excellent, comprehensive course has been written by four WorkAtHomeMoms, three from the US and one from UK, to help other WAHMs build their own successful online business. It's a very practical orientation by WAHMs for WAHMs... of course you don't have to be a WAHM to benefit.

A Recipe for YouI've always loved flicking through recipe books but have never been great in the 'cake' department, though I do usually manage to whip up a basic chocolate cake for special celebrations. This year as a New year treat I tried a 'Semolina & Yogurt Lemon Syrup Cake' which I found in the Australian Women's Weekly. I've always been an avid reader (& puzzle doer) of the Weekly and love their recipes. The cake was such a hit that my Granddaughter requested I make it for her 10th birthday instead of the usual Chocolate cake.I thought it might be fun to include an occasional recipe in my newsletter so here is "Semolina and Yogurt Lemon Syrup Cake from the Australian Women's Weekly's Cheap Eats.

Feeling Good By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed, "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished." So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a bottle of Kahlua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos and a box of chocolates. You have NO idea how good I feel right now.
Remember that I love to receive your questions, comments or requests and I'd love to receive your favourite recipe, so please contact me if you have anything you'd like to contribute or any questions. Until then keep well and remember 'healthy cells = healthy bodies' and and Jane PS Don't forget to share this Newsletter with your friends.
