It's the time of the year when we have thought about our New Year resolutions and considered the changes we are going to make for the better in this coming year and hopefully set some goals in place for the coming decade.
I hope you didn't overindulge yourselves in the 'food' department this Christmas season. It's a time when we do all tend to eat more than we normally would, and the food we eat tends to be 'richer'.. so, it's probably a good time to consider a little 'fasting'.
