Choose Wellness -- November 2010
November 02, 2010
Greetings, best wishes

... and welcome everyone to this latest Choose Wellness Newsletter.

I completely missed September and October! - apologies are due.

I don't imagine anyone would be too upset, though, about not receiving an email from me for a couple of months-- you, like me, are probably totally sick of the myriad of emails that come flooding to your inbox every day.

Today I have just deleted 56 emails and another 19 went straight to the scam bucket - & that's only in the 2 hours since I checked earlier this morning!!

These are some of the subject lines received:

Point and Click Coaching for FREE!; How I made $500 from home today; How to make more, without working more; BRAND NEW Software Rakes in $177,308 on Autopilot!; We need your partnership; Completely Risk Free Home Business Kit; Why it's being called the perfect business; a new way of making money; hottest home business concept online; I've got all the answers;.... and so on, and so on...

Of course, if you are not trying to build a business on the internet you probably aren't subjected to so many of these emails, but let me tell you I am sick of all this 'stuff' demanding my attention.

The truth is that only about 2% of people ever make a single sale on the internet. 62% of people never get past the technical "stuff" and actually get their website online...and 36% never get any traffic to their website...

After looking at many recommended 'systems' or 'free' websites that I have been offered over the years I can't help but feel that the one I started with is still the best value.

Site Build It does take some work and it takes time but if you 'put on the blinkers', block out all the extraneous 'offers' and just follow the system you will be successful.

Here are a few comments from other SBIers.

"I got so tired with all the hype and gurus who only wanted me to buy more stuff. I guess you can say that all the hype (from the other internet gurus) pushed me to SBI." (Ann from healthinsurance-help.com)

"I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did." (Tomaz from tennismindgame.com)

"I've discovered new things that I'm truly passionate about...and I'm slowly turning those into SBI sites." (Ann from healthinsurance-help.com)

"This is by far the best business program available. No hype, no GRQ, just honest to goodness pull up your sleeves and make it happen!" (Sally from angel-healing-adviser.com)

So... if you've been thinking about putting up a website or a blog, or if you are not having much success with your efforts give SBI a try.

The process is simplified to such a degree that success (i.e., profits, not the mere presence of a Web site) is achievable even for a beginner. For an experienced person, achieving success is even smoother. SBI! really does change lives.

Yes, there are easier ways to build a Web site. However, online profits require more than just having a collection of Web pages. SBI! includes all the tools and a proven process required to build a long-term, profitable e-business.

Site Build It!

Phytonutrients have been shown to have many health benefits for people.  They have been credited with fighting cancer, boosting the immune system and reducing damage due to air pollution and environmental toxins.

Very Easy Fruit Cake Recipe

I have a very easy recipe for you today.

I wanted a quick, economical and easy to make fruit cake to take away on a weekend camping trip. Found this one at www.allrecipes.com.au. I couldn't believe it so had to try it!

You need just 1 kg of mixed fruit which you soak in 700mls of chocolate milk overnight. Then mix in 2 cups sifted SR Flour (1 at a time) and pour into a prepared 25cm square tin and bake for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 150 degrees C. Leave in tin till cool enough to handle, turn out on to wire tray and allow to fully cool.

This was just so easy and very moist and tasty. Don't know how long it would keep - mine lasted no time at all because it was all eaten very quickly!

A Must See if You Care About Your Health...

Do you remember the film "Super Size Me"? where the New York City guy (Morgan Spurlock) decided to eat nothing but McDonald's for 30 days?

It took the world by storm with its powerful message about the fast food industry and showed what happens if you eat terrible food for 30days.

Now there is a video series being released by the makers of the film "Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days", a film that is essentially the opposite of Morgan's film (it's about eating good food for 30 days instead of bad food), and is getting amazing reviews.

If you’re struggling with any health issues or you’d just like to drastically improve your level of health, energy and vitality then I recommend you watch this video.

Phytonutrients are concentrated in the skins of fruits and vegetables.  They give them their color, flavor, scent and protect produce from disease.

"I Wish You Enough!"

I'll leave you with these thoughts from Bob Perks (c) 2001

  • I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
  • I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
  • I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
  • I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
  • I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
  • I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
  • I wish you enough "Hello's" to get you through the final "Goodbye."

Bob Perks is an inspirational author and speaker.

His new book 'I Wish You Enough: Embracing Life's Most Valuable Moments...One Wish at a Time' has been published by Thomas Nelson Publishers. It's a collection of stories based on his Eight Wishes as expressed above.

You can find out more about him here, or buy his book from Amazon by clicking on the image.
