Welcome to the 'Choose Wellness' Newsletter for May. The month we remember all Mothers. Kind and loving thoughts go out to all of you who are Mothers..

... and a special 'hello' to all those new friends who have come on board since last time.
This could be the biggest threat to your future health.

Dr Mercola is a great source of natural health information articles and I subscribe to his regular health newsletter. I don't always agree with everything he has to say and, of course, like everything on the web, one has to be mindful of the reason behind what is published.

However, I was very disturbed by this story and video about the threat of domination of the food chain by the well-known corporation Monsanto.

Apparently this documentary was aired on French television on March 11. It attempts to explain how the gigantic biotech corporation, Monsanto, is threatening to destroy the agricultural biodiversity which has served mankind for thousands of years.

Click on the link above to watch the video - it IS very long and may take awhile to download, so get yourself a drink, sit back and absorb. I think it is in everyone's interest to be aware of what has happened and what is happening.

'Monsanto's Harvest of Fear' is an investigative report by Donald L Bartlett and James B Steele which appeared in Vanity Fair/2008. Bartlett and Steele are the Authors of the book "Critical Condition: How Health Care in America Became Big Business--and Bad Medicine"

Do, please, take the time also to read this report. Suggest you download it, print it out to read later. I think you'll find it very interesting.

Of course, if you read the 'Pledge Report' that appears on their website, Monsanto would have us believe that they are wanting to make the world a better place for future generations. It seems not a great way to go about it - what do you think? Read the full story and decide for yourself.
