Step 1 - Optimal Cleansing Oil

Step 2 - Optimal Face Cleansing Cream

Use morning and night by squeezing a very small amount onto clean palm and mixing with water to create a rich lather. Gently massage with foam for at least 30 seconds and rinse well with lukewarm water. (Leaves skin feeling unbelievably soft and smooth.)

Step 3 - Optimal Skin Lotion

Apply a small amount onto fingertips or cotton pad and smooth over face, morning and night, before adding moisturising Skin Serum or Skin Cream.

Step 4 - Optimal Skin Serum

Apply a small amount (1or 2 pumps) onto desired areas of the face, paying close attention to especially dry areas around the eyes and lips. Gently cover face with both hands to enhance absorption of the serum.

Step 5 - Optimal Skin Cream

Massage just a very small scoop of the cream into your skin, both morning and night. (You don't need a Day cream and a Night cream).
