New plant-based vitamin/mineral Supplement

Modern farming practices have dramatically compromised the nutritional value of many fruits and vegetables. And while experts agree that supplementation can provide the body with these missing nutrients, many supplements contain synthetic, chemically derived, mined or chelated minerals & vitamins that studies show are not readily absorbed or used in the body.

A new vitamin/mineral supplement has been introduced recently that contains vitamins, minerals & phytochemicals that have been absorbed by the plant’s roots and stored in the tissue. When harvested, these plants provide all-natural ingredients.

An article in Vol. 71, 2000, edition of peer reviewed Journal of Food Chemistry stated that plant-based minerals are much more easily absorbed by the body. The article referenced a study showing the body was able to use less than 10% of the synthetic minerals contained in the most popular brands of multi-vitamins.

By contrast, the body was able to assimilate between 80% and 100% of the minerals derived from plants.

The Research and Development company that is responsible for the introduction of this new vitamin/mineral supplement obtained exclusive rights to a patented, hydroponic cultivation technology that allows plants to absorb significantly greater quantities of minerals.

This plant-sourced multivitamin & mineral supplement utilizes proprietary technology to provide superior delivery of essential vitamins, minerals and important phyto-chemicals.

This is important because the human body is genetically designed to obtain nutrients from organic food sources. The plant-based delivery in this new product provides greater absorption & utilisation of nutrients than any other existing supplement technologies.

The most distinguishing feature is the inclusion of hydroponically grown Brassica Juncea (Indian Mustard Plant). This plant is known for its ability to concentrate high levels of essential minerals. The hyroponic process allows for controlled uptake of concentrated minerals which can be metabolised into a food form & delivered with other beneficial phyto-chemicals.

This is significant because, before this technology, minerals had to be bonded with other nutrient compounds in order to activate enzymes that would break them down and allow them to be absorbed.
